Frank Murtha

President and Chief Executive Officer

Frank is also President of Professional Sports Consultants, an Illinois-based firm representing athletes in football and baseball. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and Northwestern Law School and is one of the earliest members of this team.


JJ Coyne

Executive Vice President

MBA credentialed supply chain expert with a proven record of driving process improvement and profitability.  JJ enjoyed a successful career in the US Navy where he served as a Supply Corps Officer in the aviation, surface and submarine enterprises.


Greg Campbell

Chief Financial Officer

Greg comes to MLFB as CFO following his time as Executive VP and Chief Financial Officer of the Detroit Pistons.  Prior to that he served as CFO for the Memphis Grizzlies, and was eventually promoted to President, Business Operations.  Campbell has held similar positions in the original XFL, AFL and CFL.


Mike McCarthy

Senior VP of Football Operations

With over 45 years of experience in the sports industry, Mike McCarthy has a proven track record of managing professional football teams in both Canada and the United States.  His success in football operations has been based on a combination of having the ability to evaluate and select championship talent, and build relationships with the head coach and assistants. Mike pays attention to detail, understands business plans and executes within budget.  


Bill Lyons

Chief Marketing Officer

Bill has worked in marketing and management of professional athletes and sports leagues for over 40 years.  He has worked with the NFL, MLB, NBA, PGA, NASCAR, NXL and IndyCar as well as with individual athletes and teams.


Steve Videtich

Chief Operating Officer

With over 25 years in pro football, Steve brings a unique skill set to MLFB.  He has been a player, coach, and GM. Videtich has experience at both the Team and League levels.  Steve understands the challenges of starting from scratch and growing a professional sports organization.

Kevin McLenithan

VP Investor Relations, Sales and Marketing

As a Naval Academy graduate, Kevin spent 12 years serving as a Navy business manager, followed by 10 years in the financial services industry.  Kevin brings the investors’ mindset to the league, making sure that all of our marketing, sales and branding strategies are in line with best practices for our investors, employees and stakeholders.

Todd Worly

Director of Player Personnel

A native of Columbus, Ohio, Todd was a three-year starter at defensive end at the College of Wooster. He has gained extensive experience in management, scouting, operations, administration, coaching and the media with the NFLPA Collegiate Bowl, Seattle Dragons of the XFL, Saskatchewan Roughriders, Jacksonville Sharks and 247Sports.

John Davis

Director of Field Operations

A career Army Officer, John retired in 2005 as a Lieutenant Colonel with 23 years on active duty. John’s love for sports began as a child, playing youth and high school athletics. He coached for 20+ years at every level from youth league through high school and is a major asset in field operations.

John Moranto

Asst. Director of Player Personnel

John Moranto’s experience coaching young athletes is legendary. With over 400 players receiving football scholarships and 270 career wins, John has coached a number of players that made it to the NFL, including Bill Sheridan, Ricardo Allen and NFL Hall of Famer Larry Little.
